Join Jean Marie on Tuesdays at The Studio Maui in Haiku for an evening of pure relaxation. Restorative yoga teaches us the art of conscious relaxation, by resting the body in fully supported poses and devoting our attention to cultivating an active meditative state. Restorative yoga is an essential component of any yoga practice, from the complete beginner to the highly advanced.
